We provide you with a 12 page document outlining what you can build, how long it will take, potential designs to choose from, how much it will cost you (Both Soft and Hard Costs) and what your financing options would be. Whether or not you're ready to build, this free consultation will equip you with all of the know how to get the ball rolling...

Contract& Design

Once we've determined the vision for your project, we move onto the second stage of signing off on the contract to hire us and get the Design process started. You will have the option of choosing from a few formulated designs that or choose to bring your own design to the table. With our in-house Architect, we will be able to make any home design unique and to your needs, within reason depending on your budget and property size. 

Permits

Our team at Arcadia Homes will coordinate and take your vision through the planning and approval stage. This is technically where your vision comes to life. Our seasoned architect and Project Management team will push to get the plans approved and ready to build. Once approved, our Management Team moves forward to prepare the home/land for construction (organizing utility shut-off's and trades men to begin construction).

Demolish & build

The Fun Part! This is where the existing home is demolished and or if its bare land, excavation will begin to form the home. The home will progress through the foundation stage, to the framing, interior work and beyond. This is the exciting part to see your vision become an actual reality. 

Finishes

As the home begins construction, our team will prompt you to choose the interior and exterior finishes. You are highly recommended to have pictures of inspiration because this part could get confusing. Luckily our team is there to help navigate the choices and help the vision come together nice and neatly. 

Completion

Approximately 11-13 months after breaking ground, your home will be complete and ready to move into. But before that, we will preform a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) which will allow you to have a first look at the 99% completion mark and inspect it first hand with our Customer Excellence Team Member to point out any deficiencies or concerns that you may have. You will also receive a run-down of how your home works, performs and maintain tips 

TARION WARRANTY

Rest assured that youre covered with a comprehensive 7 year warranty backed by the Tarion Home Warranty Program. As a Registered Builder, every one of our Homes that we build are automatically enrolled into this program, assuring the best quality of home that we could strive to build and deliver for you to enjoy.
